There was an extensive number of reviews required prior to being interviewed. While this seemed to be a great tactic for weeding out unqualified candidates, it took an enormous amount of time to complete, and I assumed the interview would have been more personal. But, it was not! The interviewer was incredibly unprofessional, and she didn't even introduce herself to me. I would not work for this company, even if I received an offer.
