Took 2 HR people and 5 emails to schedule the first phone screen. This should've been a red flag. Finally a month after initial contact had a phone screen. Inivited to online coding test. No problem there. Took another 3 weeks to get the in person interview scheduled. Then had 3 hour interview at office, pretty fair. One senior manager kept cursing during the interview, but OK. Overall fair questions, nice people. Told would be a few weeks until heard back, fast forward to 6 weeks from the last interview and I finally receive a generic rejection e-mail. Overall felt like my time was very disrespected and their process very disorganized. Glad to be not working here.
