Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 8 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Unified (New York, NY) em abr. de 2015
Entrevista
Everything went quickly and smoothly at first. I passed all the interviews (like 5 rounds or something) and ultimately didn't hear back from them at all, which kinda ruined the whole good experience. I submitted my resume on LinkedIn and then was asked to do a simple logic/math quiz. Then I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and then was asked to come into the office for an on-site interview with the team and the hiring manager. Then I was given an assignment to practice what the job will require, and had to come in again to present the assignment to the hiring manager and spoke to others in the team as well as the founder. I thought it went all well, but apparently it didn't. I waited for 2 weeks, emailed the recruiter, never got an answer, waited for another week, emailed the hiring manager, never got an answer either.

This was a pretty straightforward interview process that that took a total of 4-5 weeks from application to offer letter. One phone screening interview, and 2 video interviews with various managers / leadership.

Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Unified.

Had an initial interview with Unified after applying online. The interview was standard. They asked why I wanted to work there, my background, etc. They told me they would contact me after the interview, but never did. Guess I didn't get the job.
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Unified (Los Angeles, CA) em out. de 2018
Entrevista
I was contacted after applying to complete a personality and thinking assessment. Then we set up a phone screen with the talent manager, who was very kind and asked about my experience and my interest in the company; then another phone call with a campaign manager who explained more about the team; then scheduled an in-office interview with five employees, which composed of three video calls, two in-person and an Excel assessment walked through with the director (this was probably my weakest point). Throughout the process, everyone took notes on our discussion to be reviewed together afterwards. They were kind and asked challenging questions, but they weren't trying to trip me up.
I didn't get an offer, which was disappointing after the whole process. Regardless, the interview reviews/questions on Unified's Glassdoor were extremely helpful in my preparation!
