I was reached out to over email soon after applying for the position. Scheduled interview with the recruiter on Skype and was ghosted. Followed up twice and heard nothing, not even a rejection or update about the process. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Behavioral questions. Recruiter was very non-responsive after the initial call. Required a ton of following up to get any form of communication from her. The hiring manager seemed very interested and engaging on the call, however was ultimately ghosted.
