I was contacted immediately after I submitted my resume. I agreed to a preliminary phone interview for a couple of days later. The interview was about a half hour and went well so we scheduled a second phone interview that was much longer for the following week. The interviewer (HR person) and I had a great interview and she seemingly liked my qualifications and personality. She sent me a link to a video type interview that I had to record from home from prerecorded questions. Once that was completed and they received it the HR person said I would hear from the local regional sales manager the following day. I followed up two days later since I didn't hear from the regional guy. Crickets.... I followed up a second time a few days later and got a call back from the HR person indicating that the regional guy had "concerns" that where I live (nearly in the center of the territory) was an issue because I had to cross a somewhat busy bridge in a commute each day. This was utterly ridiculous, a dishonest concern from someone that doesn't even live locally and, quite frankly, a blatantly lazy excuse for not moving forward. She did indicate that I was still under consideration and to expect to hear back soon. Crickets... I was completely ghosted.

Phone call one week and then an in-person interview the next week. But stay away from this company, if your looking for a true professional sales job.....ok for a graduating college student to get their feet wet for a sales job for the first six months to a year, but then leave and go get a far better job!!!
