Only gone through 2 rounds - external recruiter and internal recruiter. Process is intimidating, but if you're familiar with the industry and the field you are interviewing for, you will be okay.
Video interview screening which lasted about 15 to 20 minutes with recruiter. Basic screening questions.
Then asked to submit a Brand pitch submission. I was given 7 days to work on the pitch.
