It was a panel interview consisting of two staff members and two volunteers. One of the staff members would have been my supervisor. She keep excusing herself and taking phone calls the entire time... I'm talking every 5 minutes. She was hardly in the room. For someone who was supposed to be interviewing me as a worker for her department in a small business, it didn't make sense - she just did the interview as a favor and let it be known. But could have had the curtesy to at lease listen to me. I could have surprised her. Her loss. I wouldn't want to work for someone with work ethics like that anyhow. And surprise, surprise - I got ghosted after the interview.
