the interview process was very fluid. I applied online. I took their screening test online. I also did a lengthy phone interview with an HR representative. They asked basic questions at first then moved to more serious one. They also tried to gauge for monetary compensation.

overall a very good experience. Clear and friendly. The interview was over the phone. Typical interview questions, nothing unexpected. Asked about previous roles and why i want to work with united health group.

Entrevista
The phone interview was smooth, thein person interview was smooth as well. However it's been 1 month and havent hear anything, and just saw they re posted the job posting. So I assume I didnt get the job. No communication on their part this is now the 2nd interview I've done and not heard back. A friend of mine had an interview only to be turned away because she mis read my friends experience.
