The interview process took forever from start to finish. It was conducted entirely by telephone, and I interviewed with about 4 different people. The initial interview was with a recruiter, who was very professional and asked a lot of questions about fit and personality. The next round was a series of calls with members of the hiring manager's team -- a few of these people were pretty disinterested and didn't really ask much.

The recruiter was very focused and organized. She explained the details of the job and verified I understood the company's use of certain terminology (I.e. a working definition of "telecommute"). She was personable and open to my questions. This particular position is filled on a revolving basis as a senior level consultant. At the end of the interview she told me I was a good candidate and she would refer me for an interview with the hiring manager. Because it's a standing position, that will happen on an as needed basis. I appreciated the immediate feedback on how the process works, and how my qualifications matched up.
