Proactive communication from the recruitment team. Firstly, I had a 20 minutes of online screening with the recruitment manager. I was then invited to an onsite interview with the team leader. It lasted for about an hour. This interview was not technical. After that, I was given a take-home technical assignment.

Entrevista
I had a total of four rounds, including a recruiter screening. Overall, it was a great Experience. The first round was the recruiter screening, followed by three technical rounds, each with two interviewers. All the interviewers were very professional and exhibited good behavior. They asked about my project-related tasks and my role in the first round. The second round focused on DevOps, the third round was with a project manager, and in the end, I got selected. They followed the complete process for salary and offer negotiations.

Entrevista
Everyone involved in the process was highly responsive, positive and accepting. The recruiters made an effort on every stage to understand whether the position is a good match for what I was looking for. First short zoom interview with the group lead, then one long onsite tech interview with architecture and coding questions, another onsite HR interview, then expectations matching with VP RnD and recommendations.
