The first phone interview is just between me and my postdoc supervisor. We went over my resume together, and she asked me some technical questions, which went pretty well and then I talked to different lab members such as MS or Ph.D. candidates, lab tech, and the lab manager one by one and they were very nice and friendly, and just ask some very easy question. A couple of weeks later, I got the offer!
