Their interview process set the bar for me going forward on my expectations for any company. At the time living in another city, they put me up in a nearby hotel and paid for my transport to St Andrews. All without any questions being asked. The process was smooth and included a panel discussion/interview and a presentation to a group of people. I found it all very relaxing and was excited.
