1 phone screen and 1 in person interview with the hiring manager. Entire process took 4 weeks, mainly because the references to offer call dragged on. The phone screen was quite detailed on my employment history and situational questions. I was asked to give examples of times I had a conflict at work and how I handled it. It was a total of 30 minutes and more focused on me than the company or role.

Entrevista
Had a 30 minute phone interview to begin and then was scheduled for an in person interview with 2 department employees, neither my direct manager. This in person interview lasted an hour. They then asked for 3 references and offered me the position about a week after the interview.
