The process was very long and drawn out with long times in between interview rounds. I had to keep following up with the Recruiter on status of next steps. I went through a few rounds only to be told by an automated message that I would not be proceeding to the final round. The email I received was a templated response. The person sending it still left the signature blank in the letter. I would have at least expected a direct call or email from my Recruiter.

4 step process - phone call with recruiter, meeting with manager, panel with HR team members and then with business leaders, final with Head of HR. Well-organized, regular communication from the recruiter on next steps in the process, everyone welcoming and supportive.
