Entrevista
Someone emailed me to schedule a phone call, and I provided my phone number, and we set the call for Friday at 11:30 am. On the day and time of the interview, I waited 10 minutes before emailing the person I was in contact with and asked if we were still on for the interview. I waited an extra 30 minutes to see if he would call or email me back. The person who set up the interview never contacted me.
I can’t believe I wasted 40 minutes of my life waiting for someone to contact me. Why did he even want to set up a phone call if he was only going to ghost me? I also find it hard to believe that I never got at least an email with an apology asking to reschedule.
I’m not sure who would want to work for a company that doesn’t even have the decency to contact you when they’ve set up an interview.

The interview was easy - very basic questions about past experience, interest in social media, existing client work. Not difficult. At this point they just hire interns they don't have to pay and work them until they either quit or bring them on full time at $10 dollars an hour.

The interviewer was very friendly. She's part of HR. The interview went seemingly smoothly. The questions were way easier than I expected. The interviewer was not intimidating at all and did not try to make the process stressful. I felt like I passed and according to HR, the overall feedback was positive.
