1. 1st interview was with a recruiter. This lasted 6 minutes and was a random conversation of things not relating to the job. 2. Spoke to the Hiring Manager and received a high-level overview of the job. 3. Tasked with a take-home assignment 4. Review online take-home assignments and complete edits with the Hiring Manager. This should have been the end of the process but they extended the process to 2 more interviews without context.
