Went through multiple rounds of interviews. - Screener - Hiring Manager - Local GM/Leader - Peer Level - Sales Person All positive outcome and feedback. However then left to wonder what is going on. Process took months and still no decision. Have had multiple follow ups and they are still taking others through the process and not made final decision as yet, 2 months from initial interview. Ended up withdrawing my candidacy as there does not seem a pathway to a decision, makes them seem unprofessional and that working there probably would not be great. They mentioned in the interview, that its clearly a great job, hence why they have had such a good response, totally disregarding the reality of the market. All the interviews seemed to go well and the people that were involved seemed great and genuine, the experience of the interviews was good, the result was not as good. My advice to the team there is get your hiring decision making tuned up so you can make the right decision without stringing candidates along, its increasing your hiring costs and slowing you down. It is also costing you great candidates who are taking roles elsewhere

I had 5 interviews through the process, and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone through each of them. Unfortunately the role I interviewed for was re-allocated, otherwise I would've loved to join the team. I would even go on to say it was the most positive interview experience I've had in awhile.
