Pros: Very upfront about the length and # of interviews and very formalized process. Flexible scheduling. Cons: I went in very misinformed about the "culture check" with the CEO - it turned out to be a somewhat technical interview and I was under prepared. Also after 6 interviews, I never heard back or received any feedback.
