Application, background check, mock class, hired. Hiring process takes some preparation on the part of the teacher but it can be done with or without the help of a current teacher. Hiring process is not as arduous as some make it out to be.

just a quick demo lesson following the course materials, then a few logistical questions and talk about the program. Was quite quick and easy overall if you have teaching experience..
Pretty simple! There was a live and recorded portion where you "teach" a sample class. My interviewer was nice and helpful. Make sure your internet is good and use a wired connection
