I had applied for the job role of Head - eCommerce with Vaisansar in the month of March. After having discussions for the role of Digital Market head, my profile was shortlisted for the role Marketplace - Head. I had interview with Mr Ankit Tripathi on call and he was impressed with the interview. He had informed me to make a 6 month plan of my work towards the brand that I would handle. I have made the presentation which was liked and selected. I was then called for the final discussion at their Borivali office. We had a final discussion and closed the candidature. I was informed that they would require me to come to office everyday during strict lockdown in Mumbai in April 21. I have asked them for WFH since the cases were very high and initial can be done at home. I was informed that they would check and revert. Later I had even informed to come on my own expenses and work alternate days. However, they kept delaying stating they would get back to me. I haven't seen such worst organization who is not at all professional. The HR informed me that she will get back to me but it's been 2 months. They don't have any courtesy to get back to a candidate. Stay away from such organization where people are not at all professional. They even say that they are new and they don't have respect for experienced employees. Bad Experience.

There wasn't much formal interview, it was basically just lunch and discussions about my past and professional experiences informally and why I want to join Vaisansar. It went well. After the interview was done, we went to the office and I just saw their space and working style and met the team.
