Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Valiram.
Entrevista
Applied online. Got a screening call from hr. Then an interview with your future boss where they ask you questions based on your job role and then a second interview with the HOD to see how you fit in. Wait about 3 weeks for an offer as they need approval from the CEO which is a weird process since aren’t you supposed to get approval for hiring before doing interviews and putting up job vacancies? Anyway hiring process flow was quiet weird if you ask me.
