Interview process consisted of HR initial discussion, and later a homework task. Event though the initial response was negative because of lack of seniority, I proceeded with the homework task. Homework task was completed achieving the requirements, it was reviewed again as lacking the seniority for the position. The initial description for the position could had a better clarification on the desired seniority.
