I was hired directly out of college into one of the call center groups (IID). This was an entry level position which required you to pass the Series 6 and 63 licenses. For the interview, I met with one supervisor of one of the call center groups. The interview was fairly straight forward. After one year at this position, individuals are able to post for other internal positions. I left the call center group and move to another corporate stats group.

Entrevista
Vanguard uses the s.t.a.r based interview style where you are asked situational questions and they expect the response to be in the situation, task, action, result format. This style of interview can be very challenging to the unprepared or unaware interviewee. Its best to come prepared with situations already in your head that you can recall quickly and speak to.
