I handed in my resume at a career fair and received an email within a week about scheduling a phone interview. The phone interview was simple and the woman was very encouraging and responsive. Started out with questions about my resume and then did a couple of behavioral questions. At the end of the call I was invited in for a recruitment event. There was about 30 other candidates there with me. They do an information session and then did the interview. The interview was a lot of behavioral questions so be prepared to have many scenarios to talk about. Overall everyone was super kind and helpful.
