Entrevista
Veeva's process is incredibly impersonal. I received all correspondence from a "noreply" email address- not a single person's name shared. Being a solid salesperson, I reached out to several AEs and recruiters on LinkedIn to introduce myself and ask for a couple minutes to discuss their experience either on a call or async- no employee responded (I contacted at least 10). I have genuine interest and experience that aligns to the role for which I was applying.
I received an email requesting I complete a Rembrandt Assessment. I did so that day- zero feedback was provided and the only response was two weeks later with an "After review, we've made the decision not to move forward at this time" email. Was it the personality fit? Something concerning in my resume? Another role that might be more of an appropriate fit? After asking for an hour of my time and completing a personality assessment, I feel a bit more context or engagement is appropriate... even just the result of the Rembrandt would be a nice souvenir, lol. It would be like completing the DISC or Myers Briggs without learning of your results.
This approach is telling- they claim to "do the right thing" as a core value, but this is far from that.... and it's the only impression I'm left with after genuine interest in the company and product.

Entrevista
After progressing to the final round of interviews, I received no further communication. The process was exceptionally lengthy, consisting of 7 interviews (potentially 8 if advancing to the final stage). The interviews featured a questionable overemphasis on emotional intelligence assessments while neglecting substantive evaluation of relevant professional qualifications and expertise. This approach seemed fundamentally misaligned with effective hiring practices for professional roles.
Concerning Aspects:
The organization describes itself as a "family," suggesting work responsibilities should take precedence over personal life commitments
Interview schedules frequently expanded beyond initially agreed timeframes (e.g., what was presented as a one-hour meeting with the hiring manager evolved into four separate hour-long conversations)
Despite completing seven interviews, no feedback was provided afterwards
The extensive time investment without closure or feedback raises questions about the organization's respect for candidates' time and transparency in their hiring practices.
