During onsite interviews, multiple team members pressured for information about my current company and customers. Another team member spoke about personal negative experiences had with my current company. Onsite presentation to product team on proposed product improvements including wife frames. General verbal offer provided via phone by hiring manager. One week later, offer reneged. Hiring manager stated that the team decided to change required qualifications for the position.
