The interview process started with a 15 minute phone screen to just go over some salary expectations and general background. The next round consisted of a case study/presentation exercise. This is the most critical part of the interview process and is quite time intensive to have a good final solution to the case study. After this is when things started to get disorganized. There were 4 more virtual interviews with people of varying seniority within the consulting team. If you do well on the exercise you just need to go through the rest of the interview process which is not very technical at all.

long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.

It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.

First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
