I spent 30+ hours on a project for the second round interview and got rejected after. I feel very violated that I wasted my time on this, and there were supposed to be 2 more rounds after that. The salary wasn't even good either. The first round with the recruiter went well though. Overall they are very nice people, but I wouldn't recommend wasting your time on a company that makes you do free work for them and doesn't even pay well.

It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.

First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
