Entrevista
I received an interview invitation from the owner via Indeed. I arrived on time for the interview but ended up waiting 40 minutes. During that time, I witnessed a conflict between the receptionist and the production team, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable to observe. Also the owner spoke negatively about the people working there, which left a bad impression.
During the interview with the owner, I was offered a QA Tech position with a specified pay range. However, the next day, I received an offer with a much lower pay. When I inquired if my experience had been taken into account, they scheduled a second interview. I waited another 30 minutes for this one.
During the second interview, I was asked if I had created SOPs before. I explained that having worked at a large company where SOPs were already established so I hadn’t created them myself from scratch. The interviewer seemed unhappy with my response. It became apparent they were expecting me to create SOPs, despite the position offering such low wages.
This experience raised many red flags for me. I would advise others to be cautious when considering opportunities with this company.

I got the call from HR after two days of applying. HR conducted telephonic interview and invited me on personal interview. Personal interview lasted for 20-25 minutes. I got the answer on same day of my personal interview.

I was interviewed by the qa manager of the firm and the discussion was open about the safety principles in food industry. The focus was on SQF level 3, as the company had these standards implemented. The knowledge of critical control points and important aspects of HACCP PLAN.
