Requiring candidates to complete extensive work assignments before being considered is unreasonable. It asks applicants to provide ideas and labor for free, with no guarantee of moving forward. This practice reflects poorly on the company’s hiring approach and shows little respect for candidates’ time and expertise. Overall, the process felt unprofessional, discouraging, and not worth pursuing.
