The first interview I went to was with the hiring manager. It was brief, kind of just a first impression. He asked me a few questions, explained what the company does, the company's upcoming goals, and also answered my questions. The second interview was actually "in the field" with one of the top account representatives, and they showed me what to expect on a day to day basis. The third interview, we discussed scheduling, pay, work policies (like harassment, dress code). It all went pretty smoothly. I appreciated getting to see what I was actually going to do before actually committing to the position.

The interview process was 3 steps, and it works really well. You will end up with all of your questions answered throughout, and even get to see what the day to day work is like.
