Pretty easy process, screening over the phone and an interview in the store with the managers. If you know the basics of selling, you should have no issues. It would be helpful to know a little about your own phone going in, otherwise it is going to look like you aren't interested in the field. Dress nice!

Entrevista
I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

Entrevista
There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
