Just a regular phone call screening with a recruiter, they ask you about behavioral questions. If they feel that you are good fit then they will move forward to schedule an interview with a hiring manager, after the interview with a hiring manager, the recruiter will let you know the the decision over a phone.

Fun and energetic! It was like we were just old friends catching up. They started with introductions but then passed around and ice breaker ball that we all answered questions on and made me feel much more relaxed for the interview.
