Just needed a referral, and he asked manager to contact. He asked some simple question, like what is RSRP, RSSI and SINR. Have you used Nemo or JDSU before?. Nothing special just normal everyday questions related to drive testing.

Very easy interview process. the only requirement to pass the interview is that you have a pulse and a drivers license. The background check they do is a joke and i don't think they follow through on it
