First meeting was with the Director of Professional Services. He was very thorough in explaining the expectations of the role and the culture of the company. Very thorough interview on past experience but not "vetting" my technical expertise. I was then interviewed by the organizations CTO. This was more of a technical interview. Very much felt like he was validating my prior experience and skills on my resume. Overall very thorough interview. I then met with the Exec VP / Owner - Relatively short interview. Was asked about my prior experience, views on technology and work ethic. Interview was thorough on experience, accomplishments and industry knowledge.
