Began with a phone call from a recruiter asking a few questions. Then there was a two stage on site interview. First round: Panel interview with two managers. IQ test and personality test. Round two: 1:1 interviews with 5+ managers. Very lengthy process. After this process was complete the offer was received approximately one week later.
