The interview lasted about 30 minutes. The interviewee asked me to tell about myself; and why I want to work for Victoria's Secret. She also asked situational questions dealing customer service. In addition, she asked what do I think customer service is and how would I handle a certain situation with a customer. It was very casual and conversational.
