I got an interview with my friend, and the hiring manger interviewed both of us together. The whole process is less serious but more passions towards the job position. VS values heavily on how to provide customer the great shopping experience and as long as you are energetic, there's a bigger opportunity to earn that job.
The interview process was honestly pretty quick and straightforward. The manager there was ready to answer the questions I had about the company and the job position at the time.
