Video interview during covid included district manager, local manager, and a regional manager. The interview was a little over an hour long with personal and non work related questions sprinkled in. The topic of pay was never brought up.

the interview process was fast. was in and out within 15-20 minutes. overall i think it was easy but the hiring manager needs to work on people skills and not googling interview questions during the interview.

They take you to the back sit u down and use an interview guide its kinda simple mostly questions asking if you're comfortable selling and the "name a time when" questions.
