Moved pretty quickly. Phone interview w/ recruiter. Then an online video interview (one-way) where I was prompted to answer questions related to the role, then video interview with the hiring manager, then video interview with the CEO. Process took about 4 weeks.

Entrevista
Arguably one of the worst most drawn out processes I've ever seen. Terrible communication. Terrible leadership. For a CEO with a pretty impressive background, it was apparent that he had no clue how to make a decision on anything. By the end of the process that lasted over 5 weeks I had zero intention of working for them. Hard to sell to fortune 500 with a company name that sounds like a porn company.

Entrevista
I had two interviews, one phone and one in person. The phone interview was brief. The owner of the company asked about my portfolio and my experiences shooting and editing video. There was some small talk as well, which I assume was an effort just to get to know my personality a little. Then the position was discussed briefly, but the owner quickly wanted to schedule an in-person interview as they were looking to fill the position quickly and he said my qualifications were appropriate.
