Multi-stage interview. I was a temp to perm. Had a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with the sub contractor, followed by another in-person interview with the director of software engineering. Very positive interview, though the last one started with them giving me a test on my QA skills! It was a mistake because that was for the next person coming in. :-) I told them I was not what I was here for and did not intend to do such a job. Then the director entered and apologised and we laughed it off. After a few questions on my abilities to be a team player, I got the job. The previous interview with the sub-contracting company was the technical one.
