Very bad way of treating the interviewers..They made us to wait for nearly 4.5 hours for the first round, The interviewer didn't have any courtesy of asking background details nor explain about the role for which I was interviewed..Even If I get, I will decline it.....

No relevant questions asked related to Job..Started asking about websphere although I don't have experience on it..and then LDAP.. Interviewer was rude..
People, first check with panel for what process/job they are interviewing..
I have interviewed lot of people and gone for few interviews , but never had this kind of bad experience..
Interview process was lengthy but not too difficult. Most questions were based on technology with some focus on interpersonal skills. I was asked to appear in four different rounds after initially being asked to appear for just 3 rounds.
There are behavioural questions (scenario-based questions), i.e. what would you do during a conflict? Also asked about knowledge of Visa, why you want to join Visa. Systematic, pleasant conversation. 4 part questions to answer, 45mins long.

Entrevista
Questions focus on your ability level, want to know how your background relates to job you are applying for. Directors are mostly quite nice, they are encouraging and genuine people, will share their experience with you if you ask.
