I emailed the head of recruiting who interviewed me by phone first before putting me in touch with the Ad Ops team. the initial interviewed asked me to run through the resume and easked what i was interested in doing with Collective. I then had 3 people in the Ad Ops team interview me through skype and this was mostly fit and what made me interested in working in Ad Ops etc. Overall a smooth experience

It was organized well, the HR department did a great job setting up my interview. Team was on schedule, interview with 6 people each one of them came in the room with my resume so i did not need to give a copy. Each person offer me water or a drink...
