We appreciate the fact that you noticed how upfront we are with our interview process as we don't have time to waste of our own nor of our applicants. We do wish you had paid attention to the fact that the position isn't just selling things to people in Walmart or Costco. If that was the case, we wouldn't need to conduct a three round interview process. We conduct a three round interview process in order to find the best candidates to train and develop to grow in to a Territory Brand Management role where they are overseeing up to fifteen promotions, an office of 25 to 30 individuals, thousands of dollars worth of inventory, logistical coordination, brand and client management as well as leadership development. 99% of our people here at VPMG have their valuable college degrees but they also realize that what we provided in our paid management training program is something that can only come from real-world experience. Lastly, the position does not pay minimum wage. We offer a guaranteed base depending on experience with commission on top in order to bonus those who performance separates them from those who are doing the minimum.
