Was contacted by outside recruiter. updated resume. had phone conversation with recruiter- followed up by phone conversation with Business Development Director that I later met with face to face after background check was completed. Then I flew into Buffalo for 1 week of learning about VITEC core values and services.

Entrevista
I was contacted by an external recruiter while working at Ingram Micro. I sent over an updated resume with certifications I had at the time. A later phone call took place with internal H/R, then a brief conversation with my then manager, interview, second interview, back ground check then offer.
