The interview process was very positive. I was contacted by Vivint, without applying, to interview for three positions I qualified for. I ended up only doing one of them which was an 8-person panel spanning 4 departments and management. It was a little daunting at first, but everyone was super friendly and the environment was comfortable. The whole thing took ~2 hours and I got an offer 10 minutes after I left.
