A super messy and disrespectful process only reflecting internal messiness and indecisiveness! Had an interview with HR 2 months ago where they said they will get back to me on the Monday after. They didn't. After few days I reached out to make sure I didn't miss their email. It took them few days to get back to me apologizing and saying that the team are taking their time meeting with other candidates, and will get back to me maximum the Thursday after. They didn't. After a week I reached out again, it took them a week to answer and basically say that they need someone with specific experience that I don't have, but I am still on their list. Then 3 weeks later, they reached out apologizing for how late they were and saying that they want to move forward with my profile whether for Market Analytics Manager or Revenue and Pricing Manager, only so that 2 days later, they send another email saying they decided not to move forward with my profile. Zero input from my side in between. No interview, no test, nothing new. They just decided to reach out to me on Monday saying they want to move forward for 1 of 2 positions, so that 2 days later they just go like "Nah". I am sorry for anyone working in this mess. And do not advice anyone who has another option to step into a place like this.
