I submitted an online application and followed up by personally contacting recruitment at my local store. Within a 3 month period of time I was directed to 3 different individuals to talk to at the same store. It was frustrating. I finally had a one-on-one interview with an assistant manager, consisting of the usual questions like: "Why would you like to work at Vons, What would you do if you had a conflict with a co-worker," etc. I had to take a drug test. I received a folder full of store policy information. From initial interview to actual hire took about a week.
Just act polite and you’ll probably get the job, they’re always hiring because the turnover rate is super high. I was only asked one question before going into job responsibilities

Entrevista
There was one interview before you are hired. They walked you through the grocery store and showed you what you would be doing. I enjoyed the process and the manager was helpful.
