Entrevista
I interviewed via telephone twice prior to meeting with the hiring manager. I also spoke with a current employee to discuss the company culture and to assess how I would fit in with my potential peers. After I met with the hiring manager, I received a written offer.

Entrevista
he hiring manager was 10 minutes late. The interview consisted of a series of behavioral questions and background questions. The hiring manager spent more time typing my answers than listening, discussing or responding. The manager did not keep track of time, and left no time for questions.

No real difficult questions. It was obvious that the hiring manager had no looked at my resume in any detail.

Entrevista
The hiring manager was late to the 1st phone call. The interview was more like a cross examanation - with the hiring manager trying to type out my answers. Very dsitracting.
The interviewer had very little interst in discussing allowing me to discuss my qualifications or what I would bring to the company. I wasn't sure why I was selected for an interview as it was obvious that he had not really read my resume for more that 30 seconds.
Probably a good company, but from the interview you would never know it.
