Entrevista
3/2/26 - submitted my application for Associate Account Service Analyst position.
3/3/26 or 3/4/26 - received an email from recruiter for a phone interview.
3/5/26 - did 15 min phone interview with recruiter.
3/5/26 - received email from recruiter inviting me to do an hour long video interview with two Account Services Leads on 3/16/26.
3/16/26 - Completed interview. Several, "Tell us about a time when..." questions. The situations presented were very commonplace for me, so I had difficulty isolating a specific situation's details, but I did my best giving a general response of how I would handle the situation.
Interactions seemed positive. Interview was informal. I was told I would hear back from someone "in a week or so" (exact words).
3/18/26 - sent an email to recruiter and both Account Services Leads expressing my appreciation for their time and my looking forward to hearing from them. Received two Out Of Office automatic replies.
4/6/26 - Still no word on interview. Sent follow up email to recruiter and both Account Services Leads asking if there was an available update on my application for the Associate Account Service Analyst position.
4/6/26 - Saw another position at WEX on LinkedIn (Accounting Support 2) and applied for it. (I'm a glutton for punishment, I guess!)
4/7/26 - Received canned rejection email from WEX for Accounting Support 2 position.
Today, 4/17/26, no word from WEX on my interview of 3/16/26.
